Under EPFO Circular No. WSU/2024/1/SOP_JD/2009 dated 16 January 2025:
- Aadhaar-Validated UANs (Category A - Online): Members whose UAN is already seeded and validated with Aadhaar can submit minor profile corrections directly online under Manage > Modify Basic Details without filing a physical Joint Declaration.
- Physical Joint Declaration (Annexure-I): Mandatory for non-Aadhaar validated accounts, major corrections (DOB difference > 3 years, complete legal name change), closed establishments, or deceased members.

- Minor Corrections (spelling tweak or DOB difference $\le$ 3 years): 2 self-attested identity documents (or 1 if uploaded via DigiLocker).
- Major Corrections (major name change or DOB difference > 3 years): 3 self-attested identity documents.
Step-by-Step Submission Process
